Silver ragwort "New Look" (dusty miller, silver dust)
Silver dust "New Look" - Cineraria maritima = Senecio bicolor.
A beautiful annual ornamental deciduous plant, low-growing and compact. Plant height 20-25 cm.
A variety with continuous, oval leaves of a silver-green color, which changes to silver-white with age. The inflorescences of yellow flowers are not very decorative and are removed as they appear.
The silvery-white coloring of the leaves of the common ragus shows up well in full sunlight.
Great for borders and flower beds.
Sowing: seedlings at the end of May, at a distance of 15-20 cm from each other. Shoots appear after 7-14 days at t = 18-20 C. Picking after 4 weeks, plants develop normally at t = +10+12°C.
Care: undemanding to soil, although prefers light soil. Frequent watering is required.
